LIONS CLUB

The Tiverton Lions will be holding their annual Garage Sale, May 12-13, at the Tiverton Annex, with a barbecue Friday, May 12, at 5 p.m. Donations can be made Wednesday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, May 11, from 4-9 p.m., and Friday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. No large appliances or clothing.

KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

The Women's Missionary Society (WMS) and Men’s Group will be holding a Rummage Sale at the Tiverton Knox Presbyterian Church, Thursday, May 4, and Friday, May 5. This rummage sale will accept clothes, shoes, purses and linens but no knick knacks.
 
Knox Church Tiverton and St. Paul's Glammis extend an invitation to everyone to attend their Crop Share service, Sunday, May 7, at 10  a.m. at Knox Church. The quest speakers will be Henry and Anja van der Vlies. There will be a lunch after the service. If you would like to make a donation to the Canadian Food Grains Bank, please call 519-368-7235.

Congratulations to Margaret MacDonald of Trillium Court, formerly of Tiverton, who observed her 98th birthday, Sunday, April 23rd.

A special birthday wish to Shirley Quipp and her grandson, Bradley Robertson, who will be celebrating May 3.

Also, Happy Birthday to Kate Morgan, Shelley Kiertucki, Marg Todd, Bri Broderick, Brittany Taverner, and Cindy Lainey.
