It sure is looking like fall but the weather has been more summer-like. Let’s hope it stays around for the Tiverton Fall Fair weekend, Oct. 6-8.

LIONS CLUB

The Tiverton Lions Fall Fair breakfast will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, from 8-10:30 a.m., at the Whitney Crawford Community Centre.

The Tiverton Lions Christmas Bazaar will be held Saturday, Nov. 11. If you wish to rent a table, contact Lion Rosemary at 519 368 7789.

MANOR MUSINGS

The residents of Tiverton Park Manor had a wonderful tour of the Kincardine Fish Hatchery. This place is run by volunteers and Rachel, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable on the process of the hatchery. If you haven’t toured the facility, make plans to take your kids. Next, the Manor residents were off to Smith’s Apple Farms in Port Elgin. They certainly came home with plenty of goodies.
