Brampton woman wins record 50-50 prize at final Cruise Night of the summer
It was a chilly evening for the final Cruise Night of the summer in downtown Kincardine, Friday, Sept. 1. But a good crowd turned out, viewing the many vintage and unique vehicles on display.
Plus, the 50-50 draw, in support of the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation, saw a record $3,210 raised. Mrs. Chong of Brampton won the draw and took home $1,605.
The three Cruise Nights this summer were a great success, and the hospital foundation appreciates the many volunteers who help with the events, especially Gerry Brooks who promotes the 50-50 draw all night long, with extra prizes.
