Tiverton Minor Hockey hosting fund-raiser for Lindsey Gossell

Tiverton Minor Hockey is hosting a charity fund-raiser Saturday, March 28, at 7 p.m., at the Tiverton Arena, in support of Lindsey Gossell.

Gossell, 19, is a Tiverton minor sports graduate and is undergoing treatments right now. She is a terrific little hockey player and all-around great person to have in our community. This is a good way to show her we support her as she goes through these treatments.

The hockey teams will be confirmed shortly and there is a silent auction in the works. If you would like to help out or donate, contact Heather Convay at dhconvay@tnt21.com, or someone from the Tiverton Minor Hockey board.

Also, Tiverton Minor Sports will be hosting hockey registration, Sunday, March 29, from 2-4 p.m., in the foyer at the Tiverton Arena. For a copy of the registration form, click here. This will help the board in determining how many players will be returning, and give the board enough time to direct those who need to be directed to other centres.

If you cannot make it to this registration, contact Convay or one of the board members, regarding your intentions. This will make tracking you down so much easier.
