Kincardine Sparks, Brownies welcome spring with bouquets and bonnets

The Kincardine Sparks and Brownies welcomed spring, Tuesday night, by making beautiful bouquets and sporting splendid bonnets.

The girls and their parents are glad the weather has improved and the snow is melting away, as they gear up for the spring cookie campaign, selling boxes of chocolate-and-vanilla cookies to raise money for program badges, crests and special outings.
