Kincardine blood donor clinic, adopted by Lobb, is a success
The blood donor clinic adopted by Huron-Bruce MP Ben Lobb, was a success.
Held Wednesday at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine, the clinic saw 164 people attend, and of those, 155 made successful donations. Although shy of the 173 goal, this was the most successful blood donor clinic held in Kincardine in over a year.
"Thank you to the fantastic volunteers, the Canadian Blood Services staff and the donors who took the time to help our community," said MP Lobb. "These donations will make a real difference in the lives of Canadian hospital patients. I hope all eligible residents of Huron-Bruce consider donating blood in the future".
