Coffee with the OPP
(KINCARDINE, ON) - Members of the South Bruce OPP will be visiting local coffee shops across the detachment area to chat with members of the community over a cup of coffee.
Coffee with a Cop is a community-based program that provides an opportunity for members of the community to chat with their local police officers.
The following sessions have been planned:
- Tim Horton's at 812 Durham Street, Kincardine, Feb. 20, at 11 a.m.
- Green Bean at 1319 Yonge Street South, Walkerton, Feb. 21, at 10:30 a.m.
- Armstrong's Home Bakery at 644 Campbell Street, Lucknow, Feb. 23, at 12:30 p.m.
- Harley's Pub and Perk at 87 Elora Street, Mildmay, Feb. 27, at 12:30 p.m.
- Back Eddie's at 660 Queen Street South in Paisley, March 1, at 10 a.m.
"I invite you to join us for Coffee with the OPP,” says inspector Dana Earley, South Bruce OPP detachment commander. “I look forward to meeting, and connecting with, members of the community in a relaxed setting. I hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity and stop by for a visit."
