Bluewater board welcomes input for 2018-19 budget planning process

The Bluewater District School Board is inviting members of the public to participate in an on-line survey as part of the annual budget planning process.

Students, parents/guardians, staff, and other stakeholders are encouraged to provide their feedback through a short series of questions that will help the board identify priorities for the efficient, effective, and equitable use of board resources in 2018-19.

The survey is open until Wednesday, April 4, at 4 p.m. on the board website at www.bwdsb.on.ca or at the following link: www.surveymonkey.com/r/BWDSBsurvey. Interested participants who require another survey format, are asked to contact the school board at 519-363-2014 or budget_consultation@bwdsb.on.ca.

Members of the public may also present their ideas for the 2018-19 budget at the business committee-of-the-whole board meeting, Tuesday, May 1, at the Bluewater District School Board Education Centre in Chesley.

Further details on making a presentation, may be obtained by contacting the school board. Members of the public who would like to present, must confirm and provide their presentation by Noon, Monday, April 23.
