Disturbing graffiti found under Queen Street bridge, Kincardine

To the Editor:

My 15-year-old daughter and I were out walking along the Kincardine Harbour and trails this afternoon (Saturday, Sept. 28).

She loves taking pictures of both nature and obscurities we discover.

Obviously, there was a lot of "tagging" in areas not seen by the public eye. But this particular "tag" was disturbing to both of us.

There were a lot of swastikas, but my daughter is educated and acknowledged that those, alone, are not hateful.

However, she and I agreed that this should be covered up or cleaned up, and should NEVER be considered "street art!"
