Parks Master Plan shows poor project management skills, says reader

To the Editor:
RE: “Kincardine council hears lengthy report but still no Parks Master Plan”

The process of the Kincardine Parks Master Plan was poorly managed by council and administration staff, overall. 

They need stronger project management skills.   

One area that needs to be cleared up, is the responses from the surveys. Where were the people located in the municipality?   

We need both the town and district input to have a total buy-in into this plan.
