RE: "Milne maintains disconnection is last resort at Westario Power"
 

Maybe if the rates were not so outrageous, there would be fewer disconnect notices. 

Sir Adam Beck must be rolling in his grave to see where his dream has gone.

RE: "Restorative Care Unit in Chesley to remain open until June"

Hopefully, this will allow enough time to prove that the unit is more cost effective than leaving patients in critical care beds.
