Kincardine should fix up the grandstand in Connaught Park, says reader

To the Editor:
RE: “Grandstand at Connaught Park, Kincardine, to be removed next week”

The grandstand at Connaught Park in Kincardine should honestly be fixed up and continued to be used, as people actually sit there for games and other things.

Why bother removing what works?

Yes it does need a renovation but why remove it when you don't need the space?

It's not as if Kincardine ever has a midway for its fair as it is too cheap to pay for one to come.

And yes, I know that for a fact as I used to be a carnival worker who lived in Kincardine. Born, raised, and family is still there.
