Water feature could be Kincardine's newest tourist attraction, says reader
To the Editor:
RE: “Dedicated boardwalk gardeners ready to throw in the trowel”
Perhaps there could be a grant written, pairing the Municipality of Kincardine with the Kincardine Horticultural Society or another non-profit engaged at the waterfront, such as the Lions Club or the Rotary Club?
The subject of the grant could be a unique water reclamation feature that not only could solve the iron issue by supplying natural rainwater, but if designed with interest, it could also serve as a tourist attraction to bring more people to the waterfront.
Below, are some ideas that could potentially create quite the attraction. Perhaps like a set of sails? Or even a concrete structure?
