“Trixie” would like to get home for Christmas

To the Editor:

Can you help me find my home? I lost my way going home one night. I showed up at this really nice farm on the Southline three to four weeks ago. They have been very nice to me and have fed me every day but it just isn’t home.

The barn cats absolutely hate me even though I try to be nice. The lady at the house keeps saying, “Three house cats are enough,” so I know I can’t go in there. I talk to her all the time and she gives me nice cuddles but she will not break down and bring me into the house.

I do have a nice bed in the machinery shed but it just isn’t the same. I know I had a nice warm house before but I just can’t remember where.
