More concerned readers about traffic lights

To the Editor:
RE: "Kincardine has no interest in traffic lights at Highway 21 and Kincardine Avenue"

Lane filter lights (advanced green) should be installed when trying to turn west onto Broadway from Highway 21.

It can be really busy there, especially at peak times when people are driving to and from Bruce Power.

There is already one turning into Sobeys (Durham Street extension) when driving south, so I'm sure it's possible to do something similar before there is an accident at that junction.

To the Editor:

I was shocked to learn that the stop lights were removed this morning (Thursday) from the intersection of Highway 21 and Kincardine Avenue.

Please, please put them back. This would enable police, fire and vehicles to make left-hand turns with any mishaps.

Also, would slow down the northbound and southbound vehicles that travel too fast.
